We’re not just another new hotel in Munich, we’re not a hotel chain, nor are we a traditional lederhosen hotel in Bavaria. We’re Kiki, Tobi and the team, young-at-heart people wanting to run the Hotel Nikolai on Nikolaiplatz in Schwabing in the same way it has always been: with a personal touch. We’re in a fantastic location (the English Garden is just a 3-minute walk away), with parking nearby and all public transport links close to hand. We have 25 rooms in a charming old building, a delicious breakfast, a small bar serving cocktails and aperitifs, and a “zebraffe” on the roof terrace with our honesty bar – extensively refurbished in 2026. We’re looking forward to your visit!
